INTRODUCTION

This privacy policy describes the practices of Jessy Kennedy, doing business under the name Flowstack (sole proprietorship registered in Quebec), regarding the collection, use, retention, and protection of personal information collected through the website flowstack.ca.

THIRD PARTIES WITH ACCESS TO INFORMATION

TRANSFER OF INFORMATION OUTSIDE QUEBEC

Since Cloudflare and Google are companies established in the United States, certain personal information may be transferred and processed outside Quebec and Canada.

In accordance with sections 17 and following of the Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector, Flowstack ensures that these transfers provide a level of protection equivalent to that required by Quebec law, notably through the contractual commitments and privacy policies of these providers.

A privacy impact assessment has been conducted regarding these transfers, in accordance with the requirements of Law 25.

RETENTION OF INFORMATION

Contact information submitted through forms is retained for as long as necessary to respond to your request, then destroyed within a maximum of 24 months following the last exchange.
Google Analytics data is retained according to the default GA4 settings (14 months), then automatically deleted.
Cloudflare server logs are retained for a maximum of 72 hours.

SECURITY MEASURES

Flowstack implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, modification, or disclosure.

The website uses the HTTPS protocol (TLS/SSL encryption) for all communications. Access to personal information is limited to the Personal Information Protection Officer.

YOUR RIGHTS

In accordance with Quebec's Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector, you have the following rights:

Right of access — obtain confirmation that personal information about you is held by Flowstack and obtain a copy.
Right to rectification — have any inaccurate, incomplete, or ambiguous personal information corrected.
Right to withdraw consent — withdraw your consent to the collection or use of your personal information.
Right to erasure — request the deletion of your personal information when collection is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Right to file a complaint — file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI).
